Student must have participated in an interscholastic sport during their junior and/or senior year.
Submit a copy of letter of acceptance from college or university office of admissions.
Minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average/4.0 Scale.
NCAA Clearinghouse Certified.
Document 25 hours of community service involvement over a two-year period.
Two-page, double-spaced, typed essay.
Essay Topic: “Using Sports as a Stepping Stone.”
Scholarship Award: $1,000.00
