CAREER RESULTS
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed sixth at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, completing the course in 16:11.4 (Sept. 3)
• Took fifth place in the mile race at the Utica Winter Opener, posting a time of 4:18.12 (Jan. 14)
• Claimed fourth place in the 3,000-meter race at the SPIRE Midwest Open, turning in a time of 8:25.39 (Jan. 21)
• Helped the distance medley relay to a second-place result at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational with a time of 10:18.91 (Jan. 27-28)
• Finished in second place in the mile race at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:15.05 (Feb. 18-19)
• Posted the second-fastest time in school history in the 1,500-meter race, recording a 3:51.25 at the Raleigh Relays (March 23-25)
• Claimed second place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational with a time of 9:35.04 (April 3)
• Recorded a second-place finish in the 5,000-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish line in 14:58.48 (April 22)
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, turning in a school-record time of 9:16.07 (May 6-7)
2021-22 • JUNIOR SEASON 
• Registered a career-best 5k time at the Little Three Cross Country Championship, which was good for fourth place (Sept. 3)
• Placed first in the mile at the Highlander Invitational, while also aiding the 4x800 relay team to a first-place result (Jan. 22)
• Became just the second runner in school history to break the 4:10 barrier in the one-mile run, recording a personal-best time of 4:08.91 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Finished in third out of 101 runners in the 1500 at the SUNY Geneseo Early Season Invitational (April 2)
• Posted a second-place finish in the 5000 at the UB Team Invitational (April 23)
• Secured a silver medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, completing the 3000-meter steeplechase in 9:18.62 (May 7)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Placed 36th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships. 
• Finished third in the 1500 with a career-best time of 3:52.53 at the UB Mid-Week Invite. 
• Finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UB Twilight Meet. 
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000 steeplechase at the MAAC Track Championships with a mark of 9:29.42. 
• Named to the MAAC Cross Country and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams. 
2019-20 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• 9th place finish at the Little Three Championship with a time of 16:18.4 
• Crossed finish line in 31st place with a time of 26:52.1 at the National Catholic Championship
• Apart of second place replay team at SPIRE Midwest Open 
• 3K time of 9:04.72 at SPIRE Midwest Open 
• Captured mile race title at RIT Midseason Meet with a time of 4:29.27
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Was a two year letter winner on the Lewiston-Porter cross country team
• In 2018, Perreault was named to the All-WNY First Team and All State Class B Second Team for XC
• Was the 2018 Class B Sectional Champion
• Holds the Lewiston-Porter 5K school record
• Ran six years of track, earning five letters
• Section IV 3200m Champion in as a senior
• Four-time team MVP
• School record holder in the 1600, 3200, 3000 Steeplechase and 4x800 relay
