CAREER RESULTS
2022-23 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Ran in five of the six cross-country events of the fall season, taking part in the Little Three, National Catholic Invitational, the Lehigh Paul Short Run, the Canisius Alumni Classic and the MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Took eighth place in the 1,000-meter race at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 2:45.00 (Jan. 14)
• Ran a school-record time of 1:24.82 in the 600-meter race at the SPIRE Midwest Open (Jan. 21)
• Fashioned a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter race at the RIT February Friday Invitational, finishing with a time of 2:02.23. Also helped the 4x400 meter relay to a second-place result, completing the race in 3:37.06 (Feb. 10)
• Led the 4x800 meter relay to a sixth-place result at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championships, recording a time of 7:40.16 (March 3-5)
• Guided the 4x400 (3:31.52) meter relay to a seventh-place finish in the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-7)
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track at East Aurora
• Posted a 5k time of 17:28.3
• Helped Blue Devils claim state/federation championship and earn 5th place All-American accolades in 4x800 meter indoor relay
• Division 2 state champion in the 4x800 meter outdoor relay
