CAREER RESULTS
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Claimed fifth place at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, recording a time of 19.17.1 (Sept 3)
• Finished in 10th place at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the finish line in 18:45.5 (Oct. 15)
• Placed 25th in the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the course in 22:40.5 (Oct. 29)
• Posted a pair of top-5 finishes at the Utica Winter Opener, taking fifth in the 3,000-meter race (10:59.23) while helping the 4x400-meter relay to a fifth-place result with a time of 4:32.21 (Jan. 14)
• Guided distance medley relay to a first-place finish at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, turning in a time of 12:24.20. Also recorded a fourth-place result in the 3,000-meter race, crossing the finish line in 10:31.46 (Jan. 27-28)
• Helped distance medley relay take fourth place at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, posting a time of 12:26.81 (Feb. 18-19)
• Took third in the 800-meter race at the UB Spring Opener, finishing with a time of 2:20.69 (April 8)
• Recorded a pair of top-six finishes at the UB Alumni Invitational, placing third in the 1,500-meters (4:43.17) and sixth in the 800 meters (2:23.85) (April 22)
• Set a school record in the 4x800 meter relay at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posting a time of 9:20.67 (May 12-14)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Finished in seventh place at the Little Three Cross Country Championship with a personal-best 5k time of 20:06.3 (Sept. 3)
• Registered a second-place finish in the 1500 at the UB Spring Opener (April 8)
• Posted a time of 18:51.67 in the 5000 at the UB Team Invitational, placing fourth (April 23)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made her collegiate debut at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing in a time of 24:55.50. 
BEFORE CANISIUS  
• Ran cross country and track at Williamson High School  
• Earned four varsity letters in cross country and three letters in track 
• Four time state qualifier in cross country and state qualifier in track (2019)
