CAREER BESTS 
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Finished 21st in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, turning in a time of 16:58.0 (Sept. 3)
• Placed fourth in the 1,000-meter race at the Utica Winer Opener, posting a time of 2:41.62 (Jan. 14)
• Turned in an eighth-place result in the RIT February Friday Invitational, posting a time of 2:03.71 (Feb. 10)
• Took 10th place in the 5,000-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, posting a time of 16:09.70 (April 22)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Secured fourth place in the 1000 at the RIT Invitational with a time of 2:41.61 (Feb. 11)
• Posted a ninth-place finish in the 5000 at the UB Team Invitational (April 23)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • FRESHMAN  SEASON
• Placed 80th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships. 
• Finished 20th in the 1500 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in his collegiate track debut.

• Ran cross country and track at Ballston Spa High School for four years
• Earned three varsity letters in cross country and three letters in track
• Ran best 5K time during senior season of 17:10
• Best 1600 meter time during prep track career of 4:43
