2023-24 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
Game-by-Game Statistics
• Played in and started two games before missing the remainder of the season with a lower-body injury.
• Scored 12 points, grabbed a career-high eight rebounds and dished out three assists in the season-opener at Syracuse Nov. 8.
• Scored nine points and matched a career-high with six assists in the team's road win at St. Bonaventure Nov. 11.

2022-23 • REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN SEASON
Game-by-Game Statistics
• Played in and started all 30 games. He was the only player on the roster to start all 30 contests.
• Was a unanimous selection to the 2022-23 MAAC All-Rookie Team.

• Is the 12th different Griff since 1989-90 to earn MAAC All-Rookie Team honors.
• Tied a program record by being named the MAAC Rookie of the Week six times.

• Ranked second on the team with his 12.4 points per game scoring average, which ranks fourth-best for a freshmen in program history.
• Led all MAAC freshmen in games started (30), points per game (12.4), assists per game (2.8), 3-point field goals per game (1.5), 3-point field goal percentage (30.1) and minutes per game (30.2).
• Scored in double-figures 20 times, and scored 15-or more points 10 times.
• Scored a season-high 26 points at home against Iona (Feb. 10).
• The 19 points in his collegiate debut stand as the most for a Canisius freshman in his first game since the start of the 2017-18 campaign.
• Led the Blue and Gold in scoring eight times.
• Made 46 3-point field goals. Ranked 22nd in the MAAC with 1.5 treys per game.
• Shot 87.3 percent (55-for-63) from the free-throw line. Ended the year by making 22-straight free-throw chances. His last miss at the stripe came in the first half vs. Iona (Feb. 10).
• Averaged 3.1 rebounds per game. Grabbed a season-best seven rebounds in two different contests.
• Was good for 2.8 assists per game, which
ranked 12th best in the MAAC.
• Dished out a season-high six assists on two different occasions. Had multiple assists to his credit in 23 ball games.
• Led Canisius in assists for a game 13 times.
• Was tied for the team lead in steals with 28.

• Averaged 30.2 minutes per game.

2021-22 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Missed the entire season after undergoing foot surgery in October.

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Played the 2020-21 season at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
• Averaged 20.0 points and 6.0 assists per game, while shooting close to 40 percent from 3-point land, in his prep year.
• Had eight games with five-or more 3-point field goals during the 2020-21 campaign.
• Prior to his time at SPIRE Institute, Staveskie played his high school ball at Sandusky High School.
• In his senior year at Sandusky (2019-20), he averaged 25.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.1 steals per contest en route to being named the Sandusky Bay Conference and District 6 Player of the Year.
• An All-Northwest District First-Team honoree in 2019-20, he helped lead the Blue Streaks to a school-best 23-2 record in his senior year.
• Scored 1,282 career points at Sandusky, highlighted by a 52-point performance in his senior year.
