Lexie Mesuch enters her second year as the head manager for the women’s basketball team. In her role, Mesuch helps with the planning and execution of practices. During the 2022-23 season, Mesuch, along with current director of basketball operations Ja’Kye Womack, were the only two managers to travel for each away trip during the season. Prior to Canisius, Mesuch attended Wallkill Senior High School where she played four years of varsity basketball.
 
Currently a sophomore, Mesuch is majoring in health and wellness with a minor in coaching.
