Izzie Chelini is in her first year as a graduate assistant for Canisius in the External Affairs department.
In this role, Chelini focuses on gameday production and fan experience, including developing and creating marketing, sales and promotion plans. She also assists in creating awareness and increasing ticket sales for Canisius athletics, as well as engaging fans.
Outside of Canisius, she works at Locust Hill Country Club and she is also a part of the Prentice Family Foundation's Western New York Prosperity Fellowship Program, which supports economic development and growth in Western New York and works to inspire innovative leaders within the program.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Chelini is finishing up her undergraduate degree in sport management this fall, and is pursuing her master's degree in sports administration.
