Jaclyn Wallace

Jaclyn Wallace enters her first year as the graduate assistant coach for Cross Country/Track.
 
She graduated for Canisius in 2020 with a bachelors in Biology and then from the University at Buffalo with a master’s in biotechnology. Wallace is now pursuing a second master’s degree in exercise science from Canisius.
 
During her time at Canisius, she was a member of the Cross Country/Track team becoming the third member of her family to run for the program. She walked on to the team her first three seasons achieving a scholarship for her fourth year.
 
Since graduating, Wallace has continued running mainly training for 5ks, half-marathons and her first marathon in the Spring of 2023. She raced the Buffalo Marathon in 3:15:17, qualifying for Boston 2024. 
 
Wallace works full time at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as well as a research technologist in the Department of Cancer Prevention.
