Christopher Mattingly, Class of 1988- Cross Country & Track

• Four-year letterwinner and school indoor track record holder in both 500 meters and 1000 meters
• Three-time team MVP, held a 3.36 GPA with a double major in English and Political Science
• MVP of the track team for three consecutive years, served as captain for four years, and Cross Country co-captain during the 1987 season
• In 1985 and 1986 he was the 800-meter Upstate Champion
• Ninth member of the cross country & track programs inducted in the Hall of Fame
