Hall of Fame
• A four-year letterwinner, Turner played in 125 games during his time at Canisius. He scored 1,769 career points as a Griff, which ranked fourth at the time of his graduation.
• Turner holds the honor of being just one of six players in school history to lead the team in scoring in three-straight seasons, and he is one of two players in program history to have scored more than 1,500-career points while also grabbing 400-plus rebounds and dishing out 400-or more career assists.
• At the time of his graduation, he was the school’s career leader with 616 assists. One of three players in program history to dish out 160-plus assists in multiple seasons, his 4.9 assists per game average ranks third-best in school history.
• A three-time All-MAAC honoree and a three-time team captain, Turner was honored as the 2006-07 MAAC Co-Rookie of the Year. After graduating from Canisius, Turner went on to play 12-plus years of professional basketball in Europe.
