• Played basketball at Canisius during the 1945-46, 1947-48 and 1949-51 seasons.
• Played 93 games for the Golden Griffins, where he averaged 6.6 points per game for his career.
• As a senior (1950-51 season) he led the team with his 12.0 points per game scoring average. In that year, Canisius posted wins over Arizona, Boston College, Duke, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Texas and Utah.
• After graduating from Canisius, he went on to a 28-year career with the FBI, where he helped bring some of Western New York's most famous criminals to justice.
