Glen Gast, Class of 1997- Golf

• Only Canisius golfer to finish in the top-10 in three consecutive MAAC championships
• In his first year at Canisius, as a sophomore, Gast was the low-man leading Canisius in four of seven events during the year
• In his junior year, he led the team in every event, finishing second in the 1996 MAAC Golf Championships
• Finished first at the team event at the St. Bonaventure Leo Keenan invitational, ECAC Regionals, and the 1997 ECAC Golf Championships
• Second former golfer inducted in the Hall of Fame
