Mark Miyashita, Class of 2003- Men's Lacrosse

• Ranked seventh all-time at graduation in both career goals (71) and career assists (74)
• Led the team in points in 2000 and 2003, where he also earned All-MAAC First-Team honors
• Program all-time leader in career faceoff percentage (.593) and ground balls (329), which helped him to lead the nation in ground balls per game in 2000 (10.69), which still ranks second best in NCAA history to this day
• First overall pick in the 2003 NLL Draft by the now-defunct Vancouver Ravens
• Head coach of Canisius' men's lacrosse team since the 2018 season.
• Guided Griffs to 2018 MAAC Championship and third NCAA Tournament appearance in his first season as head coach
